During these 8 weeks, you will join a group of others and learn from Tor, an experienced mindfulness practitioner, who will guide you through various mindfulness exercises and meditation practices.


You’ll gain a profound understanding of how to cultivate the qualities of mindfulness for example, how to be more fully present in each moment, the cultivation of patience and kindness plus more and fostering a greater sense of clarity, calmness, and resilience in your daily life.

2️⃣ Practical Application: Tor believes in making mindfulness accessible and applicable to everyday life. You’ll learn how to integrate mindfulness 

meditation practices into your work, relationships, and daily routines.

5️⃣ After the Course:

You can choose to engage in the broader community of mindfulness practitioners. You are encouraged to put into practice all you have learned and continue to practice daily, you can join in sessions locally and online UK and globally.
