ABOUT THE SESSIONS

Healing sound baths are a form of therapy that uses the vibrations and frequencies of sound to promote relaxation, reduce stress, and enhance overall wellbeing. During a sound bath session, participants are bathed in soothing sounds and vibrations from various instruments such as crystal singing bowls, gongs and chimes.

You can expect to be carried gently into meditative relaxation and restoration. We spend most of our daily lives in fight or flight mode, and we hardly ever allow our bodies and minds to be soothed (mindfulness based compassionate living), during these sessions you will be swaddled in compassionate healing.

There is nothing for you to do except allow your body to come to rest for an hour, we do the rest...
