NEW! beginners 6 week foundation course

By popular demand, I will take new participants through a 4 week course, to learn the 18 movements, in a calm and relaxed atmosphere... after which you will be able to join the advanced session where guidance is minimal...Beginning weekly on the 19th September - 10th October 2023 for more details please call or message me 07966 567291

ABOUT

Tor Walmsley

A Shibashi session leader, meditation practitioner (mindfulness-based movement) and mindfulness & compassion-based teacher since 2013.

Her training is extensive, with knowledge of trauma sensitive mindfulness and a very recent Master’s degree in Mindfulness-based Approaches at Bangor University - Learning about the effects of mindfulness and the brain, and the theory which underpins meditation and the cultivation of pure mindfulness.
